With a proven track record in steering both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies to success, Rohit’s journey is marked by significant milestones: being part of the founding team at Time Digital; leading strategic planning, and digital for McGraw-Hill's $1 billion B2B business; executing over $20 billion of technology acquisitions at Evercore Partners and Lehman Brothers.  He played a pivotal role in executing significant transactions and advising executive leadership at several mid-market and enterprise companies in technology and software industries on strategic growth, and value maximization.

Rohit founded and sold Ready2Ride which is the leading digital marketing software solution the powersports industry serving dealers, OEMs, and riders.  Built on a vision of replicating the connected car eco-system in powersports, Ready2Ride is an award-winning industry pioneer that has been referred to as the “most innovative marketing solution the industry has ever seen.”  Ready2ride is disrupting the industry with smart use of technology and data through behavioral targeting, geo-fencing, advanced analytics and marketing automation. 

Rohit's strategic vision, financial planning, and execution were instrumental in making Ready2Ride a resounding success and a leader in the field. Rohit has also founded a virtual office software solution for remote and hybrid teams SUTE that is due to launch in early 2024. This innovative venture prioritizes employee engagement, wellness, and connectivity, making it a game-changer in the way teams collaborate but also equipping managers with 360-degree employee profiles on productivity, wellness and community engagement. He is separately serving as an advisor, Board member on a range of other start-ups in the SaaS, AI, blockchain and metaverse categories.

Rohit has an MBA from Harvard Business School where has was a Timken International Fellow and a bachelor's degree with High Distinction from Wesleyan University where he was a Davenport Scholar. Outside of his professional life, Rohit is a heli-skier, traveler, wine aficionado, painter, triathlete and Crossfit enthusiast. He is also a founding member of the Young Patrons Society at Lincoln Center.
